"Where the Wild Things Are" is probably the earliest book that I can remember which hit a synapse in

my brain and made me feel like I had to put pencil to paper and make stuff up. I haven't stopped since,

thank God.

Regardless of how the movie version will be I know his book will continue to inspire countless

other generations to come, and for that a big well deserved thank you Mr Sendak from this kid and

countless others to come.

Friends.How many of us have them?

OK its been a while. I went on vacation and since being back I have been trying to finish up the wrestlers painting so I can move on to the next project. In the meantime I have decided to try and draw people I know instead of just randoms. If they are any good you might recognize yourself and if not, well my pen must have been broken..........

A long while back a friend of mine bought some kicks and asked me to draw something on one of them. It took ages before he got it back because I didn't really have a definite idea what I was going to do when I started which meant it evolved allot during a long stretch of time.

In the end I was pretty happy with it though and so was my buddy, now if only he would do something for me.........
